How to Apply Liquid Eyeliner Using Different Techniques

Step 1. Smudge a creamy highly pigmented black eyeliner into your top lash line. Make sure to get in between the lashes and don't leave any space between the product and your lash line.
Step 2. Apply liquid liner with an angled eyeliner brush that does not come with the package. Get into the top lash line as closely as possible to make lashes look thicker. Run the brush back and forth, not to get a perfect line, but to smoke up your eyeliner.
Step 3. Line upper lash line with a vivid or fun colored liquid eyeliner you like but may not have had the courage to wear. Make sure that the line is of medium thickness, thinner in the inner corners, gradually thicker towards the outer corners.
Step 4. Give yourself almond-shaped doe eyes by lining your top lash line with a black liquid liner, from the center of the lid outwards. Make sure the line begins smoothly, as close to the lashes as can be. The line should gradually thicken towards the outer corners, ending in tiny wings.
Step 5. Apply black liquid eyeliner the traditional way on top lash lines, winging edges slightly if you wish. Give the line dimension by lightly running a highly pigmented creamy eyeliner over the black line.
