Applying eyeliner to the lower lid

Lower lid can be lined with pencil eyeliner or deep-toned eyeshadow instead of the eyeliner.
Applying eyeliner to the lower lid draw the line from the outer corner of your eye to the inner corner making the line a bit thicker at the outside corner and thinner in the inner corner. Soften the line by smudging it with your brush or finger or use the matching eyeshadow.
To visually enlarge your eyes, rim the eyes with either a white or beige eye pencil - pull your eyelid away from the eye very gently and draw a line along the inner eye rims.
