Kohl pencil eyeliners are liable to melt if they get too warm or wet.
To stop this happening, mix charcoal grey or brown eyeshadow powder with water to create an ink, and apply with a thin brush along the lash line. This will give the pencil something to cling to.
Wait a few seconds before applying dark brown or black kohl pencil. Use lots of little movements to get the pencil into the roots of the lashes.
