How to Apply Dramatic Eye Makeup

Learn how to apply dramatic eye makeup. This article includes the "cat eye", the "smoky eye", and the "seductive eye".

Take either liquid eyeliner or a pencil and line the inner lids with black eyeliner (even the corners).

Put black eyeliner on the top lid, thicker than the bottom and also make the inner corner of the eye pointed.

Do the Cat eye, make sure you have the outer corner of your eyeliner angled out farther and curved slightly upward. The smokey eye, make sure you do this with eyeshadow!... The seductive eye, make a small upward angle.

Add any dark colored eyeshadow you'd like from the brow bone down to the lash line.

On the bottom lid, stay close to the lash line.
Don't use an eyeshadow that won't look good with black liner, such as plain white.
The eyeshadow could be bright, to make the eyes seem even more dramatic.
When lining your waterline, use a white liner to make your eyes appear bigger making the look more dramatic.
Use mascara on the top and bottom eyelashes.
