For dramatic look you may use the same eyeshadow that you use for your daytime makeup but in darker colors.
To give your eyes the dramatic effect, line your eyes the eyeliner or using the dark eyeshadow.
If you use eyeliner to line your eyes, soften the liner on the lower eyelid.
