For dramatic eye look, you should have eyebrows with a nice arch.
How to apply eyeshadow for dramatic look
First of all apply eyeshadow base over your lids from eyelashes to brow bone to prevent creasing and wear your makeup longer.
Apply light shade over the lid from lashline to crease and dark color of the same shade into the crease. The darker is your color, the more dramatic your eyes will look. For dramatic look select pinks, plums or greens.
For softer look blend a medium shade from the crease to the brow bone.
Line your eyes
Line upper lashline with eyeliner pencil or liquid liner making the line slightly thicker in the center and extend it up and out in the outer corners of your eyes. Choose black, gray or dark blue eyeliner.
Use a lighter eyeliner to line your lower lashes. To soften the eyeliner, apply some eyeshadow along your lashline.
Curl lashes and apply mascara
Curl lashes using an eyelash curler and finish your dramatic eye make up application with two coats of mascara on both the upper and lower lashes.
